An American Psychological Association evidenced-based group that focuses on teaching parents skills on how to decrease the amount of violence their children are exposed to; to educate parents in understanding some of the root causes of the acting out behaviors their children may be exhibiting.

A coed group geared toward helping teens of color, ages 13-17, experiencing symptoms of depression and/anxiety; that may use self-harming behaviors (e.g. cutting) to deal with extreme emotions, and/or trauma.
