Please note that the prices below vary, depending if ketamine is prescribed. An evaluation from our nurse practitioner will be provided if medically cleared.

Here we go again - another depressive low. You've tried all the anti-depressants; sat in front of the UV light, and done all the talking - still depressed! No matter the coping techniques, the same negative narratives play out. Time for something different.

Ketamine assisted group therapy can get at those negative narratives; you can be in the midst of community (because depression tricks you into thinking you’re alone) while working to create new pathways in your mind. New adaptive narratives that invite shifts in behaviors and outward expression.

Postpartum depression is real. It can be isolating, having feelings of sadness, irritability, anger, frustration, doubt, constant worry - on top of sleep deprivation, and hormonal shifts. AND, symptoms can show up a year or so after childbirth! Better yet, even though certain symptoms may subside, the guilt, low self-worth, and negative intrusive thoughts (thanks inner critic) often linger.

Ketamine assisted group therapy can get at those lingering symptoms; you can be in the midst of community (because you’re not alone even if it FEELS that way) while working to create new pathways in your mind - new adaptive narrative that invite shifts in behaviors and outward expression.
